Are you thinking about planting a new church? This is a good thing. Many new churches start because one person has a vision. You may know of a group of people that you have a heart to reach who are not currently involved in an existing congregation. You may have identified a geographical area that is under-served by existing Christian ministry. Or you may see a segment of the population that is off the radar screen of existing churches. Do you have a vision?

It takes more than vision to get a new church started. And it happens best when more than one person is working at the task. New churches start more effectively when a team works together. A single voice may be heard by a few, but several voices together can be heard more widely and powerfully. A single presence is better than no presence, but the presence of many persons can begin to affect an entire culture. A single person can give all of his or her energy, but not accomplish as much as a team of persons who are working together to achieve a goal focused by a clear vision. Do you have a team of persons? How will you gather them and lead them?
